Nope.
Different line different date.
And bills can only see after 8 days after billing date.

Basic 38 plan right?

I know a total of 4 basic 38 plan user including me. All cannot send SMS to international number. Report lodged but they have not assigned anyone to it yet.. Zzz

I guess all basic 38 cannot send SMS to international number. Not sure if this happen to other celcom plan or not. Can call but cannot send SMS.

Hi guys,

Planning to port over from umobile. Heard that this plan the quota is reached, so celcom is ending the extra 1gb promo by end of this month.

True ah? Cuz I still got 1 month data plan with umobile that just auto renew.

You have to pay for the phone RM298+Advc payment RM100..total is RM398..your monthly bills is RM48..but the adv payment will be deducted for 10 months..

SO for the first 10 months..bill is RM38..the next months until 2 months is RM48..

There is an offer for Benq T3 for less then RM300 in lelong..much better than get a contract..

I have international roaming service added. But this has ntg to do with roaming as I'm sending sms from Malaysia, and I can call international number, just cannot send SMS.

I have another celcom number which is more than 10 years with celcom just recently switch to basic 38 plan recently also the same problem.

Update: Just contacted CS live chat. The person taught me how to enter international number and how to send sms shocking.gif I understand that they have to cover all angles before issuing report lah. However, she also told me to try to enter 131 before the mobile number to send international sms. eg. SMS to australia would be "131(61)4-12345678" rclxub.gif Wonder where did this come from? I did give it a try but also cannot.
Finally after much convincing from me that it should not be a number issue, she submitted a report for me.

Mine also cant seem to send international sms. Will report to CS live chat.
