lol, you guys react violently to everything eh? Yes, i'm talking about the rude, immature, vulgar reactions.

What i'm trying to say is, you guys are wasting time posting irrelevant stuffs. There can be more constructive ways to correct the problem. You guys can obviously start by reducing internet rants and complains about streamyx, you actually think they are bothered to read all these stuffs and do anything to improve the situation?

Here's my suggestion, start a petition, or demand a proper explanation from them. Actions can only be taken when you have the authority, the power to do it. Right now all i am seeing are senseless complains and throwing insults at each other. Tell me, how's that suppose to be "contributive"? My apologies if my standards are different and my post earlier on, suggesting you guys should complain less, are no way as "contributive" as your posts.

I agree with u, u can start by complain to Consumer Forum of Malaysia. Today the tmnet ppl called me asked for the stupid question and im giving him the stupid answer.

Tmnet : Wat do u got on the speedometer test
ME : Wat i normally got
Tmnet : Then its seems to be no problem
ME : Then y my download and transfer seems to be so slow
Tmnet : But the speedometer says it shoulb be okay
ME : Then can u answer me y my line is been staled for internet activity yesterday
Tmnet : Im gonna check again and call u back

btw, by tat time im too bz to ask him for the throttling....LOL

Regarding your reply about consumers Malaysia, how efficient are the people working there? Do they take our complains seriously? Kinda skeptical lol.

I'm wondering if TMN*T's operator can call us back privately ? They will need to make a report they can call us if i'm not wrong...

U see, i din complain to TMnet anymore for a long long time and today i suddenly get called from tmnet........yes, tmnet staff call me privately.

Cos i never get anyone from tmnet to call me if i complain to tmnet cs......

At first, i tell the tmnet staff that i din make a complain.....then he reminded me about a complain from CFM......then i remembered CFM and agree with him.

BTW tmnet called me twice today, first to confirm my problem, 2nd, to ask for my speedometer speed

Unfortunately, TM.net is right to criticise your posts. nwk, the amount of venom and bile you're spewing here isn't helping. You're pissed; fine, so am I. But I'm not going around screaming left, right and centre about it and am instead finding ways to get around the problem without having to rely on the ever-so-unreliable tech support at Streamyx.

I'm still figuring out how to control immaturity on the forum while keeping it a relaxed environment. You can help yourself though, by using the ignore button on those people. Too bad as a moderator I don't have the same privilege, lest I miss out inflammatory posts..

surprise, surprise. the throttling on my line is gone! it seems like all that complaining to cfm & tm*nut paid off. all peers were a mix of both local and foreign. i still have some problems connecting to trackers, but once i am in, it's smooth sailing baby! don't know if this is temporary or not but for now, i am happy!

maybe that guy really was from tm*nut..........
