i felt the same as you last night, only to found out this morning that the whole unshapped thing only last for 5 hours (as shown in my utorrent statistic). I'm now back to 15kb and only can connect to local peers.

you sound very defeatist and probably a party pooper in real life with a stick stuck up his ass. the English language has the word "rant" precisely because from time to time, people do engage in such a act. PEOPLE RANT! get over it!
all these farking comments about people who rant but doing nothing constructive comes from the incorrect assumption that people who rant have never done anything constructive through the proper legitimate channels. have it ever occurred to anyone that people rant because they have done everything within their means but are so frustrated that they are left with no choice but to express their dissatisfaction and anger through ranting? fi the forum mod or admin find ranting unacceptable, please state it outright and ban whoever is ranting. since this section of the forum has been specifically set aside for ranting and all posts made in this section is not included in our post counts, everyone should shut the fark up about the fact that we are ranting.

MOD and ADMIN, correct me if I am wrong but you are probably the only person in the entire history of this forum that purposely register in order to rant about the fact that we are ranting and to show off your Internet download speed. EVIDENCE? all your posts in the forum so far are made in this section. not a single posts are made anywhere else. Blardy TMnet making my blood boil further every day.It's confirmed they're throttling anything which goes beyond 15kB/s after a certain time length.

We should demand for rebates if this continues.Their prevoius CEO used to offer rebates for downtime now ah got problem also pretend like nothing is happening.Worst still they go implement things without telling you while lying that there's no changes being made to their network.

when i last checked my connection this morning, it was still unthrottled. hopefully it will remain that way when i get back from work in the evening. will update if the situation changes.

Apart from that, I don't actually see you quoting wKkay's and LittleFox's posts regarding the useless insults, and complains. actually there is a petition floating around already.. and i've already signed on it.. but it doesn't seem to work...
