in fact they have 3 major ISP provider and all the inbound call from customer will be monitor should the call monitoring team find that the customer is not satisfy, un happy etc? the manager in charge will call them personally within that day to settle the issue wif the customer.


as for the siggy i would prefer if the word screamyx can be included laugh.gif

broken_string, have you complained and taruh tmnet already? if you have already done so, please tell us what they say to you. that also goes for the rest of you guys. tell us what the baboons at tmnet told you about throttling. As for my email that i sent yesterday, they haven't sent a replied yet....

A CS called me.....and said she will send a teachnician guy over to explain everything to me and check to try solve the problem....i still waiting though..... whistling.gif
