I've gained 10kg in 3 months when I was studying abroad in UK last year.
From 54kg to 64kg
Went to gym 6 days per week, zero cardio, focusing on shoulders, chest, back, legs. Basically the core big muscles, and also abs training every day.
Meals wise, 3 meals per day.
For breakfast, full English breakfast and oats and milk.
Lunch and dinner, I have taken two men portion food, a lot of carbs like pastas, potato, and meat (chicken, lamb, beef(seldom)). Also, dessert like cake and cookies every day after dinner. Not to forget, a bowl of salad too.
Come back to Malaysia, drop to 58kg after half a year due to lack of meals intake (expensive quality protein) and workout...
Edit: Went to gym 5 days per week, and 1 day futsal
