oct last year i was 53kg, now im 71kg.

this is what i do. please be advised that this may not be the correct and healthy way to gain weight.

-dun just eat more. eat often.
last time i use to eat a lot but only 3 times a day. so ya, i always tell ppl i eat a lot but cannot put on weight. nowdays, i make sure i eat at least 5 times a day. spread it through out the day. if im too full to eat, ill just make some shake to drink.

-dun just eat fatty foods and no exercise
when i hit 62kg, i was not happy(maybe a bit happy cos got put on weight marr) ,my arm and shoulder still look boney but my tummy like pregnant lady. then i reduce my weight gainer to just a quarter serving then start work out every alternate day. well i still dun have big muscle but at least i dun look tall skinny guy with big belly.

-be disciplined and dun give up
self explained


now i feel so dam happy cos can wear any shirts without looking like clothes hanger. icon_rolleyes.gif

162 cm 46 kg won't be that skeleton la considering he's so short .

A short guy like you don't have to go hardcore to gain wight .

Many comments above to gain weight are so vague .

Yes you must eat alot , 3-4 meals will do usually 5-6 small meals are for people who are trying to maintain a steady metabolism and is trying to lose weight . But by eating what ? Your main focus are NOT protein(chicken, fish ,beef , pork ) , instead you should focus more on carbs , what are carbs ? Carbs are rice mee bihun potatoes and anything other food which is made by starch or wheat . But you know there are always shortcut to gain weight , if you have the money , invest on weight gain supplement PM me if you want to know more about this .

How old are you ? If you've already stop growing in terms of height , I suggest you to gain till 55 kg > .

Chicken breast have high content of protein but low content of fat and carbs .

So if you're looking forward to gain mass chicken breast shouldn't be your food .

I got 3 major meals for a day and 3 times serious mass. The rest ? Eat biskut kering only ? hmm.gif

p.s For god sake. Chicken breast have high calorie value. wink.gif
