get at least 5-7 meals a day min...then u will see the magic....work out like a dog in the gym..then you will see the gains

serious mass is crap la...throw it away alll useless calorie only...get only whey if you wan to buy supplement ...dont believe me the pros its the only thing that worst the money.....serious mass is bullshit.....eat at least 4 solid meals and 2 supplementary form...when i was at my diet i was on 6 big meal ...plus 2 supplementary drinks

well....based on my xp la....weight gainer waste of money...pure cheap calories useless....use protein eat nicely and gain super weight.
