not so funny... tongue.gif my weight 46 and height is 168.skinny (ectomorph) too right...
what i do now consume 5-6 meals a day. i means healthy food that contain carbs and protein.
get enough sleep 6-8 hours. lastly, doing some workout 3 times a week. the important part of all above is u need to be CONSISTENT!! after 2-3 weeks i gain some mass around 3 kgs brows.gif

read stickies in bodybuilding section, there are a lot of good info about the workout u should do.
good luck... thumbup.gif

The Claim: Weight gainers are typically marketed towards people who are desperate to put on muscle.

The Facts: These products typically consist either a simple carbohydrate, or a complex (yet empty-calorie) carbohydrate such as maltodextrin, with protein, fat, and micronutrients rounding out the minority of the contents. People are deceived into thinking their gains in scale weight are quality pounds, but often it’s just a matter of packing on a bunch of fat along with muscle. The solution is understanding how much muscle can realistically be gained: about two to three pounds per month for beginners, one to two pounds a month in intermediate trainees, and about half a pound to a pound a month in advanced trainee

Lol yes, but...... you will soon stagnate because a pair of dumbbells have a fixed weight and you need to progress in poundages to grow muscle. Can you do chin ups at home?
