how can i gain 20kg in 1 months? now i'm 59kg.. i eat alot but still cannot gain weight..

Do some lifting and take mass gainer, like the 1 i have posted as a guide.=)

ops i didn see the 20kg in 1 month, btw 20kg is impossible. try aim for 2 kgs a month.10 months 20kg.=)

20kg a month? thats impossible. By the way. the major reason why you eat a lot but still cannot gain weight is because of your poor digesting system that unable to fully asborb the nutrition from the foods you consume daily. You need to restore and recover it, before thinking of gaining weight. Just pm me if you want to noe more.

its normal..i put 1 scoop with 400ml milk..and drink it..if not mistaken it recommend 2 scoop..just split it la..

1 scoop in morning..1 scoop at night..

i used to take twice a day..managed to gain weight..but when i went down to once a day..weight started to go down again..tomorrow gona start twice a day again

He is right, take 1 scoop ( half servings ) in between your breakfast and lunch, and 1 in between lunch n dinner ( or post workout)

how to gain weight? 151cm,38kg..joined taekwando since primary school until university..now join dance class..weight= usually between 36-38kg..39kg was the highest (when i was in form 3)

i wouldnt say an ideal weight , as long your weight fits in bmi and u're in the normal body fat % , den u are good to go.
body fat % is a more important measure to measure ideal weight,

it is really difficult to gain 20kg in 1 month. I think your target need to be more realistic, maybe 3-5kg per month.
The most important is ensure your body is able to absorb what you ate. So, share you my experience here.
I have tried lots method to gaining weight such as

- eat Mc Sundae Ice cream every day after dinner.
- exercise more frequent as i intend to build up my muscle.
- eat more meals and have supper everyday.
- drink protein and weight gain powder.

however all these are not work as my body not able to absorb well. So, i detox first and take nutritious balanced food every day.
Then i only manage to gain weight after 3 months with 3kg.

Friendly reminder that we gotta drink more water to get the body digest the protein else i become a burden to our system.
Remember, a body only can shape up after u Detox/Cleanse, and with Nutritious Balanced food.
You might need some supplements or additional food in order to boost up the weight gain process.

Weight gain is always harder than lose weight for skinny people.

think i have post b4 but not here, i was 180cm & 55-56kg.
already eating very much.
morning nasi lemak ( during working day, not working day sleep til noon~ XD)
noon rice wif meat ( i seldom eat vege)
nite rice wif soup + meat ( home cooked)
supper milo/tea ice + fried rice/fried mee/ min 2 pack maggie ( 1 week average 5 day supper)
think my absorb system have problem d, how to fix this? or any meal recipe daily to gain weight?

try to avoid maggie mee those unhealthy food, it not help at all but make your body worst
