Hey I'm currently on puberty age 15 this year. Protein sources are from milk eggs right? My house currently got alot Kids milk like Enfagrow age 3 above. Will those milks do for weight gaining?

milk everyday + horleys awesome mass + workout every other day = 10kg bodyweight increase from 65kg to 75kg in 6 months. btw im 178cm.

btw i guess horleys products are quite expensive in malaysia. so mybe you can seek for alternatives such as optimum nutrition

I was able to gain 20 pounds by eating 6 meals per day (anything high in protein) and working out 4 times per week. It took about a year to do this, and it was difficult

from any GNC outlets. they have 1850 and 2200 cals weight gainer.

i tried 2200 gold before and its not effective enough for me.

i've brought the weight gainer product from GNC . Said that if non work out day should be drink every morning . Or drink it after work out. I've follow and blend it. But every time i drink already har. My stomach sure pain 1. Must go toilet "PANGSAI" . Then i stop for it . Later i will become more thin if i keep on like this =.=

But i tried the weight gainer product . Everytime i drink also cause my stomach pain . At last those things have came out inside the toilet bowl. I wonder whose here are same with me. Usually i go toilet for 2 times for "Pangsai" a day. But if i drink those weight gainer. I probably go in 4 times per day. Wow...I've become more thin if always like this. So i ending up now trying : oatmeal + 2hard boil egg + banana for my breakfast. Every time after eat i eat banana. Hope will gain some weight. And now I've go to gym too. But I've heard that excessive work out will cause the "PENIS" become smaller?? LOL. Enlighten me in this topic somebody. =)

Hie guys,

Is there any side effect from consuming weight gainer products? I'm sorely underweight too, looking at how to increase my body weigh because currently I stood at 183 cms but packing on 59 kgs =.=

Side effect is, if you don't lift weights, you're gonna pack on more fats than you ever need.

Take Appeton for better appetite and eat healthy. It is not recommended to consume those protein for body builders. Those are design for building mass muscle. Not gain weight:)

Those who try to gain weight but end up with a big tummy…

How do you guys get rid of those fat at your belly?

Just by doing workouts will do the trick?

I only 177cm but 53kg only.. Is possible in 3 month gain 15kg?

Get a weight training program from the Bodybuilding section and stick to it while you gain weight.
That'll ensure you come out looking built rather than fat.

Assuming the total calories of what you eat 6 times per day is more than your usual 3, yes you will gain.
If your 6 small meals don't at all match the bigger 3 meals, then no.

The big tummy part...meaning that when I stick to a weight training program, the fat around the belly will gradually recede, correct?

Or is there any other method than weight training? What about jogging or swimming?

Depends on the figure you want.

If you want to look like a marathon runner (Go Google for Olympic marathon runners), then go train like one and run long distances.
If you want to look like a WWE star, then train with weights and compliment it with cardio if you want.
