check with your doctor first before beginning this program especially your cholesterol level. See if it badly affect your bad cholesterol

10 eggs a day is alot. about 2150 mg cholesterol per day. Yeah some research says that eggs is no harm for you but some people are cholesterol sensitive. So you better be cautious about this.

Like chicaman said you can gain fat or muscle. Gain too much fat is no much use to us so your option is to gain more muscle. To gain muscle you need to to strength or weight training training with caloric surplass and enough protein. 1.8g protein per kg of bodyfat.

As for me, there are more food to take to increase weight beside eating eggs. Such as chicken, fish and meat and nuts and olive oil. Not to forget the carbohydrate like oats to fuel your training. You can refer to the weight gaining sticky by ken86. Lots of good recipe there biggrin.gif good luck

Hey buddies..i just want to share with you... previously, my weight is 51kg, i took Cytogainer weight gain (better than Appeton weight gain)after i workout from gym ...now i'm 55kg in 1 month..this Cytogainer may taste very weird alike medicine flavor, but i try mixed it with Dutch Lady milk .
I suggest that, u can try workout at the gym and ask ur friends to support u..i knew it's heavy, but "little little, long long become a hill" hahaha icon_idea.gif

imo, work out, eat right. 10 eggs might be normal for heavier people but it might be excessive for someone who just weighs in at 44 kilos. remember, excess calories becomes fat, dont matter if its carbs, proteins, etc. make sure your diet is balanced with enough carbs and other nutrients. if you're just eating the eggs without working out all you're gonna gain is fat.

Assuming you eat enough, yes.
But the vast majority, myself included, think we eat enough good food when we don't.

Upgrade your roti canai to roti relur or sardin. Keep up the same dishes and quantity you posted everyday and your weight should go up, unless you're already over 80kgs.

Thought I'd share a bit of my story. Started January of this year, and since then I have put on 10kg, fluctuates a bit depending on my diet.

In January alone, I put on 7kg. Weight training, eating healthy, protein rich food like chicken breasts, tuna, cottage cheese and steaks (with vegetables at every meal), 5-6 times a day. Also, I drank 2litres of milk a day.

The only reason I haven't gained more weight is because I came home for CNY in Feb, and my diet has been crap (but so so tasty) for a month.

If you're serious on gaining weight, you have to be equally serious in committing to working out, and eating. Eating is incredibly important. Do compound exercises - squats, deadlifts and overhead and bench presses.

Check out stronglifts.

I used to think it wasn't possible for me to gain weight, because I had skinny genes and all sorts of excuses. It's definitely not fair that some others seem to put on bulk so easily, but if you really want to bulk up, you can do so.

60kg to 70kg in 2 months is quite a bit, to be honest. Even I was taken aback. Remember, consistency is key - in eating and working out.

Nope. Weight training at the gym is much more effective than swimming.
