im taking Horley's Weight Gainer as an extra supplement.

gained 3kg in a month

what i did was = weight training(using dumbell's) -- 5 or 4 times a week
tae kwan do -- once a week
meals -- 3 or 4 times a day

consistency and determination is the key..

now my weight is 65kg n aiming towards 70kg biggrin.gif

i bought it 4 rm107 if im not mistaken...1kg...actually it comes with two 500g's...

yap ur way below ur normal BMI level...

i suggest u have to eat a lot(more than wat u eat now)..

n go to gym!


do less cardio exercise...maybe cycling or jog for about (5-10mins) is sufficient already...otherwise if u do more...ull get even skinnier...

concentrate on muscle building on specific area..such as back,chest,shoulder,legs,etc...

p/s: that was from my past experience smile.gif

gained 1.5kg in 1 week...

wat i did was eat daily meals up to 6-8 times a day(of course GOOD n Nutrious food)...

went to gym 5 times a week...

ohw this is achieved without any supplements

4)my daily plain water intake is 500ml. will it effect my weight?
5)my daily exercise = go up and down 2 floor stair case at least 10 times during working hours. i know im pathetic whistling.gif

i know i have to eat more but i cant cos i feel full easily. anyone know any gym which have special program for people like me to gain weight?
every girls feel jealous of me~~

u might as well need to decrease the size of ur meal n eat at a higher frequency..thats wat i did thou...but im always hungry all the time..so i ate up to 8 times max..mixture of big n small meals....

is ur metabolism high?since u mentioned that ur skinny...

if yes,u should take at least 6 meals per day in order for u to gain weight...

i'm skinny to with high metabolism...but a month ago i changed my diet plan...ate 6-8 times per day...

as a result i gained 4 kg in a month..

my previous weight was 63.5 n now 67.5...height around 173cm or less...

my aim is at least 70kg...

i also went to the gym hehe...

meal i divide my meal into 6 parts(sumtimes 7 or 8 but usually i stick to the 6 part meal)

meal 1
oatmeal+banana

meal 2
3 boiled egg and 1 sliced of bread with peanut butter

meal 3
steamed chicken + rice + vege's

meal 4
oatmeal

meal 5
steamed fish+veges+rice

meal 6
fruits+1 sliced of bread with peanut butter


i did this without any protein supplement hehe

during the course i tweaked a bit...

finally,it became like stated...

but sometimes i ate 7 to 8 meals per day...
