I just bought BSN True Mass...
any ppl can advice me how to consume?
if i dont do any workout...will it increase my mass/weight?(i dun expect will gain muscle without workout)

i will play badminton and basketball at least once a week...
my height around 178...weight around 60kg...
need some advice...thanks...

Im taking Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass. Anyone of you tried this product before? Care to comment?

was using 1 pack of ON serious mass ,
finish already , using less than one month gain 4kgs,
but ofcourse, not just drink the supplement,
must work out and also control what u are eating,
eat more protein and calcium food =)

50kg was my highest, drank lots of milk, but then stopped because it was expensive.

How do I increase my appetite?

Just buy tin milk. Doesn't cost a bomb.

Break down meals into smaller portion. Eat many times but less quantity. In time you'll get used to it. It is hard at first but after stuffing food like you life depends on it. Your appetite will grow eventually.

Serious Mass is not recommended actually, it uses low quality protein that can hardly absorb by our body. U need to put 2 big scoops only contain 50g proteins in it. I personally would recommend BSN True Mass cos it contains multivitamin as well....

i need help too.

I'm 183cm but 64kg. thats not good.

-I eat large quantities every meal
-More than 3 meals a day ( meals as in proper meals)
-Exercise alot. I swim competitively. so i have to train everyday. I jog everyday an have been sprinting in competitions. I even play squash and tennis every week.
-I try by best to bulk up by hitting the gym and taking whey protein.

but despite all these, im underweight. help?
am i doing too much cardio?

I believe so. Do you workout/do sports everyday? If yes then maybe that is your problem. You need to have a rest day. For example 1 rest day in between. Or 2 days of workout/sports, 1 day rest, etc. Your body burns more stuff than it consume, thus you stay underweight.

My weight gain experience.

2008 60kg
2009 65 - 70kg
2010 70 - 75kg
Now 75 kg

Ii believe that the most important thing for gaining weight is to have a healthy breakfast everyday.
