Yup, Bro...
Did same 4my ole 1992 Saga 1.5I...

Me connect only in-btwin PCV 2inlet manifold...higher suction (more oil fumes sucked out fr rocker cover)..
Me not worried re breather route cos me unker-driver nia...feel more of air intake flow towards rocker cover via that route... icon_rolleyes.gif

Re DIY OCT...
If worried abt oil fumes being sucked out via breather tube to TB, then disconnect tube fr TB end, shorten tube and add a separate air filter 2input end.
NB. Seal up breather tube connector @TB side.

That wld ensure 1-way flow of air ie IN via breather tube (thru added air filter)and OUT via OCT to inlet manifold...
Best wishes & Good luck!

Pardon my kindergarten like drawing because I use finger to try on my screen.

1. the 2 outlet from rocker cover I use a T joint and a brass reducer to make this. The right side rocker cover breather hole is bigger than the 1 on left so you will need to different sizes of hose then you will know how to joint them up with the T joint and the reducer. Then I pull a single hose from the 2 joined ones into the OCT and the OCT outlet I just let it vent into atmosphere.

2. How about the hole at the intake pipe and at the intake manifold? I just plug them off with an silicone end cap where you can find in performance shops or spare part shop. cheap stuff only.

Wahla you are done. 1 more thing, make sure you mount your OCT away from the hot engine as far as possible or a place away from heat where the oil an cold down and pleace the OCT lower than your rocker cover so the condensed oil will flow into the tank..my when clean has a lot of oil inside

For your OCT you can use tupperware to make also. drill 2 holes into the side and put 2 male nipper into the tupperware and connect with hose. good tupperware..that can stand oven mia

yes, i noticed the different sizes in the 2 outlet when i open and clean tb just now. the right side is slightly oily; dont need loosen clip also hose easily slide out, while left side looks completely dry.
i was thinking if i just connect the oct between right side outlet and intake pipe will it work as well? left side outlet to intake manifold not touched.
your setup definitely much better than mine though thumbup.gif

press the needle stick at the bottom center of ur speedometer until it shows ur car mileage (not the trip mileage)...
press and hold the needle stick until the clock blinks and adjust it by pressing the needle stick..
once u set the hour time, let off and wait until the minute time starts blinking and repeat the same..
after done, just leave it until it stops blinking.. then u r done....

From memory, start with the odometer reading total distance, not trip distance. Hold the trip reset knob down for a a short time and the time will flash. short jab the knob until the hour/minute (I forget which comes first) is correct, then wait for a little bit and the other thing (minute or hour) will flash, then short jab the knob until it's right and just wait afterwards.
I'm just feeling too lazy to check my manual so forgive me if I'm wrong.
