my fren pernah injured liao coz of this, darah terpancut keluar jari
he was doing dumbell fly, so masa failure rep when he want to release his dumbell, without knowing got another dumbell lying there. jari tersepit in between, darah pancut |

I don't understand people who signs up for gyms. You pay close to RM200 a month for membership, but weight bells only costs RM100+ a pair.

Eventually you'll see why some opt gym than buying the stuff. Already barbell is space hogging, then you have the plates to buy. Some just do it for body building. Some do it for perseverance/endurance. Im in it for calisthenics + cross fit. Normal what put dumbbell on the floor
whenever I saw a shipwreck dumbbell rack, I just screw it just put it on the floor. I pay to workout lol, if everyone is not racking their weights back then why should I. Unwritten rules of being in a shipwrecked gym, if the floor is filled with dumbbells, just put it on the floor back or if you are a bit rajin then put back the db that you have used. |

My friend said he even struggled to wipe off sweat on his face after his rep. |
