I don't understand people who signs up for gyms. You pay close to RM200 a month for membership, but weight bells only costs RM100+ a pair.

QUOTE(MeNaMi @ Feb 26 2015, 04:14 PM) Ghetto gyms? Please... my bathroom also cleaner than those places la. Pay Rm5 some more. Buy two 8kg kettle bells, put in toilet, can do work outs in bathroom while showering, plus can tfk after that to use up the testosterone. |

QUOTE(khelben @ Feb 27 2015, 09:10 AM) Last time also I play dumbbells at home only. But no progression no fun la I can pump 20kg irons. But most people I know who goes to gym and bulk up can't even throw a light jab with a 5 kg dumbbell in their fist, I do it with ease even though I'm less bulky. Who do you think is stronger? And those yang lift heavy are doing strength training lor. This post has been edited by s2peMocls: Feb 27 2015, 10:24 AM |
