Normal what put dumbbell on the floor

whenever I saw a shipwreck dumbbell rack, I just screw it just put it on the floor. I pay to workout lol, if everyone is not racking their weights back then why should I.

Unwritten rules of being in a shipwrecked gym, if the floor is filled with dumbbells, just put it on the floor back or if you are a bit rajin then put back the db that you have used.

i do curls in the squat rack because setting the power rack is time consuming in my gym plus the squat rack has the perfect height for me to unrack the bar from the safety down there.

inb4 deadlifting the bar just to curl top keks

my advice don't

waste of time.

just start at one weight that you are comfortable with, something that you can rate 1-10, 4 - 5 (10 is the hardest)

eg: 50kg squat while you can talk about girls and also laugh is considered an easy set
