my advice don't

waste of time.

just start at one weight that you are comfortable with, something that you can rate 1-10, 4 - 5 (10 is the hardest)

eg: 50kg squat while you can talk about girls and also laugh is considered an easy set

dunno la stronglift say wan lo biggrin.gif

manlet also does light and ramp up..so should have some truth in it.

I was stuck at 67.5 for 2 months or so, managed to do 5x5 recently. 70kg can la do 3x5.

During the CNY holidays I was at kampung so I went to this ghetto gym, 155lbs I managed to do 5x5 but I suspect the bar probably not 45lbs la laugh.gif

I think I also need to work on my arms. Very kecik.

I think my shoulder injury from badminton also affects a lot la sad.gif

Yeah I is manlet. Hmm when I deload 10% then probably around 90-120 seconds. If reaching plateau then much longer, 3-5 minutes.
