i do curls in the squat rack because setting the power rack is time consuming in my gym plus the squat rack has the perfect height for me to unrack the bar from the safety down there.

I've never done 1RM before. Now stuck at 70kg bench. 1st set can do 5 reps. 2nd set cannot already sad.gif

ya i do ohp at squat rack too, easier to set up. My principle is, it's ok-ish to do that if it's heavy curls & nobody is using the rack but pls fk off if it's just pussy ass weight lulz.

Kalau 20+20+bar, can do midway only, about 10 reps x 2 sets.

most of my friends who did 5x5 managed to get +10-15kg before plateauing sad.gif

try doing something like candito linear program sad.gif

at least you are trying to beat your new 3x5 once a week sad.gif

but still very weird la 70kg 1x5 but last 67.5 u managed to get 5x5 or 3x5?

should have failed at least during the second set at 3-4th rep sad.gif
