As a skinny myself, I agree. Binge all that shiet. Go gym and beat your PR everytime. I dunno but for skinnies, calisthenic works best for them. Im doing that.

Not just 4k, first I gotta buy a landed property. That's like 500k++ at least liao in Klang Valley laugh.gif

Condo should be done in a few months, but I don't think it's a good idea to get a power cage in there.

I can pump 20kg irons. But most people I know who goes to gym and bulk up can't even throw a light jab with a 5 kg dumbbell in their fist, I do it with ease even though I'm less bulky. Who do you think is stronger?

Dont need to be rempit to disable someone with an edc tool, you just need to know where to hit which is not hard to identify if you've gone through medical technician training.

Anyway paling bodo punya org is the idiot who throws dumb bells at people, that fella really topkek.
