New package just launched on today. 30Mbps @ RM179, not much of different compare with UniFi.

How does Maxis manage P2P traffic?
Maxis will do throttling on all P2P traffic from 8:00pm to 2:00am daily. What is Maxis Fair Usage Policy (FUP)? FUP is in place for quota on your home fibre and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) usage to avoid any excessive usage of quota or VoIP calls from your home fibre network. The latest price for 10Mbps is RM139 for both MaxisOne Plan and non MaxisOne Plan subscribers. Modem will be provided by TM.

Regarding this new plan. I am currently on the 10mbps plan playing rm149. Will i be charged the newer price of Rm 139?

Yes, tat 128 is for maxis one plan user only.
Normal user RM148. So new plan RM138 is for Maxis One plan and NON Maxis one plan user also can get it. No more RM30 worth free call. Regrettably, RM128 is no longer available.
The 10Mbps plan now is RM139 for both MaxisOne Plan and Non MaxisOne Plan subscribers. For those who are on Maxis Home Fiber 20Mbps RM198 , go ahead and upgrade your package to the newer package MaxisOne Home Lite 30Mbps RM179/189
 old package you pay total RM209.88 for 20Mbps New package you pay total RM189.84/RM200.34 There is 2 package for MaxisOne 30Mbps , the RM189 come with unlimited call and the other one pay per use  |
