Got the latest billing after upgrade. Not able to see details, but I believe prorate will be correct.

Dear Maxis,

the Thomson V3 router that you provided to me is without the feature of FTP content sharing. can you enable it back or where is the setting for it?

My cousin who is using the V1 version, it does have this feature. I have checked the specification of V3, it has this feature as well. Why Maxis disable it?

hi, is there any quota for the Maxis Fiber RM148 plan?

a check with the launchpad website shows that I have "0GB Available Balance"

isn't it unlimited?

yes its unlimited.

the site you can ignore it. They are just an old system.

try restart modem router.

If still the same u can call Maxis to reset ur port smile.gif

I just upgraded from Unifi 5MB to Maxis 10MB. Here are my speed test results before and after.

Unifi 5MB

Change to Maxis 10Mbps package but torrent download ~100 kB/s only. Previously using UniFi can get ~1000 kB/s. Anyone also facing this problem?

try direct/normal download. If you have the same issue, do report.
I got full download speed for any downloads

Direct/normal download is ok. Just torrent speed slow compare to Unifi last time.
Did you get full speed for torrent download 24/7 too?

Anyone facing slow speed on Facebook, Lowyat forum, Reddit etc ?

My 10MB is acting weird, I can load Youtube 1080p just fine, but can't even load Facebook.

They only increase Astro Channel price, not internet fees.
