I plan to switch from Unifi to Maxis(contract end). Can I still get the 300mbps RM126 promotion?
*
Unifi has a similar offer of rm129 with 6 months free for 300 Mbps. 2 years contract. Go to TM Point and ask for SWU2.0.

sign up for 300Mbps Fiber recently @ 149 (30 rebate for 12mths), got a spare unit of Unify D-Link mesh router at old house.
Is it possible to setup mesh between the KAON router and Unify D-Link?

Stay With Unifi.
It's a retention plan by Unifi, only available by request at TM Point. Not on website or online. So you have to go there.

SWU is for stay with unifi, only available for existing Unifi subs that is out of contract. I think Unifi do have winback promo for people switching from other provider.

I have completed my Unifi contract in Dec-2022.

I would like to switch to Maxis Fibre and currently I have 5 Maxis line.
I'm looking at Maxis Family Plan with Fibre (RM399 package).
Did anyone receive any better offer from switching from UNIFI to MAXIS Family Fibre Plan.

Thanks in advance for your reply.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the offer is mostly for fibre only plan. 300mbps 6 months free if switch from Unifi.

Hello Maxis peopless

I have a question about maxis one prime binding. Or if they changed the name.

If a home fibre and mobile phone lines are under different names, is it possible to bind them and get the unlimited data?

Phone and fibre are used by husband wife, but fibre under husband name and phone under wife.

Is this possible without changing phone number owner? Because right now the credit limit is 5K and it is not transferable to new owner.

Fibre is also under contract so can’t change name

It is possible, wife number can park under husband account as subline or request to transfer wife phone ownership to husband name

Hi I just installed Maxis Fibre 100mbps.

Just want to check on the following item:

1. I'm getting 94mbps / 45mbps when I connect thru Lan cable for 100mbps. Is this acceptable speed for 100mbps? My expectation is getting 100mbps for what I paid for.

2. My Maxis Fibre doesn't come up backup Maxis 4G simcard ... I ask the installer he told me need to go Maxis to get the backup sim. Is he telling me the correct info?

Thanks in advance for the reply.

1st, is your area using TM or Maxis infra, easy way to check is if the router is connected to LAN2 of the ONT, its TM infra
It's a known secret TM caps other ISPs riding on their infra slightly lower to make you feel the other isps are bad

Or, the other possible problem could be your LAN port? Check and make sure it is gigabit port and not 100Mbps port

2. My plan doesnt come with this so no idea
