The only thing stopping me from switching is the messed up Archer C5v, is there an updated guide that has the latest config required to setup a 3rd party router with VoIP and IPTV besides what is in the OP?

Sooo just recently switched from Unifi. Switched from DiGi as well, which was done first. Then switched from Unifi to Maxis Fiber 500Mbps. They helped me submit a transfer request, got the reference ID, same day went to TM Point and done the transfer. No waiting period etc required. Maxis technician came to perform the switch from Unifi, provided Tplink AX10, was pleasantly surprised actually.
Thought I would get the dumb C5V, but was told they will be changing the C5V to a better one in Jan and that I will get it too.
After Maxis Fiber completed, upgraded to Maxis One Prime 128 + 1 Share Line.
They sent me AirTies 4830, which I sold already lol
Then today just submitted for the 65" TV. Hopefully within 10 days can get according to their FAQ, but I'm not holding out much hope. I expect sometime Jan or Feb to be honest. Also had an advance payment of 1.5k for new customer. If you are an existing postpaid subscriber and you are in good standing aka Mass_A account, then you won't need to pay anything AFAIK.
Honestly it's been a good experience, if only they supported VoLTE and VoWiFi (it's 2020 c'mon), I'd say I'm a happy customer for the foreseeable future.

QUOTE(NagaK @ Dec 17 2020, 11:27 AM) That’s nice where they connect dsl port for VoIP ?? In BTU? And also they using maxis 4G dongle on ax10?? yeah that was the problem lol i told them i wanted the AX10 instead of the C5V since i dont really use the home phone anyway. and no i did get the dongle but it cant be used on the AX10, thats why I was told they will send me the C5V replacement in January next year.
