You use WiFi or LAN?
Try connect LAN cable to make sure the problem is not from Maxis Fibre themselves.

installed maxis then they give u a slip to go unifi to settle with them

i recall both are prorated according to date installed. Maxis router just plugged into unifi btu

No more such slip now, according to Maxis. So I better use the switch method otherwise have to pay TM for not returning the BTU.

Idk if it's just me, but I'm experiencing connectivity issues the entire day using WiFi. Resetting the router didn't help.

PJ here ok.

If only your wifi is affected but not your LAN connection then the answer is obvious.
Maxis router is on leased. Report and they will send a replacement without charge.

It is the same monthly subscription fee to pay, RM50x10 months is the reimburse/rebate or so called the cashback to buy back your Maxshit penalty RM500

The BTU most likely can already support gigabit speed. Try connecting it to your PC and check. 300mbps for RM149 is cheaper if you compare that to Unifi.

RM149 is standard price for 300M package, Maxis offer is to pay old price RM129 for next 2 month then only pay RM149.
Add RM20 and get 3 X speed is a very good deal, I am also considering whether to upgrade my 100M or not.
If you using old BTU modem that only support 100M connection, then need Unifi to change new BTU.

Ask yourself if you need that 3x speed.

I am okay with 30mb at 89 so even if the 50@99 widely available I also wont change. I know what I need.
