QUOTE(supervai @ Jun 7 2019, 02:40 PM) Mine always dc till I change my house network to mesh. I have to say even with mesh it still the camera will DC once a while like every few days. I believe this is due to firmware issue from Xiaomi and also the issue with the Maxis router itself not sure about this, unless someone else is using different router provided by maxis. I was in unifi (with tenda) without fuss. |

QUOTE(YoungMan @ May 31 2020, 11:07 AM) Now there is. Just called Maxis yesterday and was told to go through the switch option as it is a new procedure by TM. No more form will be provided for Unifi termination if you installed Maxis Fibre through new application. installed maxis then they give u a slip to go unifi to settle with themNo more FWS. Installation is the same as Unifi since it is TM's technician doing the fibre installation. How long does it take for the switch process? i recall both are prorated according to date installed. Maxis router just plugged into unifi btu |

QUOTE(andrekua2 @ Apr 10 2021, 07:31 PM) No... Same 1 year... Although the cs said I can always call after 1 year for counter offer. Hmmm if its a permanent deal then I don't mind staying on. By end of the 12th month I call in to merajukYou'll need maxis to released the port, thus maxis just refused the transfer ID. Of course Digi will continue calling and just tell them Maxis counter offer. |

QUOTE(trent666 @ Nov 7 2023, 12:57 PM) RM89 gang. Here's how to get a free upgrade to 100mbps. where to get transfer ID ? from maxis or unifi ?1. Initiate the transfer process, get transfer ID, then Call 1800821230 2. Say you want to transfer to Unifi 3. They will offer you free upgrade within 24 hours, no contract You are welcome. Rant: Maxis really CCB waste my time. If they had just gave an auto upgrade like TM, then I would not have researched and initiated the transfer process. When I called two weeks ago, they said I have to pay RM99 for 100mbps. They only made me an offer after I obtained a transfer ID. Really 🐍. If anyone offers me RM88 for Digi or Unifi, I will switch.
