WFH and office space is oversupply. Similar office reit like AMfirst reit share price is long term downtrend. Not sure whether this new reit will have similar pattern. If performance is average then DPU to shareholder might be so so only. Then it may not worth to invest. |

From what I understand... It's restricted IPO... Current shareholder only can buy.... So they actually smart... Because if they go as ordinary IPO route... There's risk of undersubcribe..... We all know there's oversupply of office space... From what I see their portfolio... Those in Mid Valley City performing okay.... rocketm liked this post

Alaqar - Normally EPF will normalized it at 1.3 but today on sales at 1.25. Any negative news / development lately?
