If try to open new acct in ASNB, do they accept cheque or need to bring some cash ? I mean ASNB branch not the banks that represent them.

anybody managed to top up, open new ASM or AS1M just now? 1 CIMB branch cannot do, try another branch can do, but can only do 1 transaction per book, for some funny reason now

Got one mbb branch doesnt allow non B top up. Saying must wait till got release then can top up.
