Yea. But frankly speaking that morning, no chance to choose on the design as 1st row taken too fast. Whatever available till my turn just take lar. As long as number not too bad and window facing east suggested by very nice sales lady there. Said that from their experience, sun shine too strong in the evening if window facing west if cluster design.

I presume only the corner lot cluster that have side door facing the west should be more severe.. Intermediate one I think should not be too bad.. If weather is truly hot, east or west also won't make much difference..

Intermediate cluster & semi-d with garden at the west do get more evening sun.... speaking from experience. Better to choose garden at east side.

Normal I suppose... Distance from Sungai Long to Semenyih is about the same to the distance from Taman Connaught to Sungai Long..

I believe sometime ago, Taman Connaught people also said Sungai Long is far..

may i know if this seh or seh2 will be self contained township with everything you need? any mall, hospital, schools (not intl sch)?

SEH 1 will have a new mall at Ecohill Walk. For national schools, u need to go to Semenyih town area. Hearsay EM is trying to re-locate a SJKC into their township. There as several Klinik Kesihatan at Semenyih town area too but for a full blown hospital, probably need to go to Kajang town.

Setia Eco Walk which include shopping mall will kick start on this year. For school, it is reserve land for school purpose but dun think they will built it now..hospital no hear about tat yet
