I agreed. Own stay will be ok. It is nice but dun like go in house using backdoor..feng shui bad...haha

Depend on individual how to "interprete" which is main door I suppose, a lot of condo also come in see kitchen first, then only living room.

But condo only hv one main door...Just only how developer design the layout..Of coz diff ppl hv diff interprete but old type of ppl sure dun like use back door went in hse..bit weird..走后门。。haha

3 days before, the chat here was relatively quiet. Suddenly chat becoming so active but topic of discussion kind of a bit deviated from original topic.

Something worth of sharing here. During launching day, I went to Q around 5 am in the morning expecting that not much people coming as slow market but still my number a bit behind. Met an uncle who Q since the night before. He told me he is queuing for his son (who working oversea) and daughter (who happen to be a professional). I guess they all going to be my kid's future neighbour smile.gif Uncle also told me in old time things were cheap and now things are so expensive even though his kid are professional but loan are likely rejected. Similar to few other families I met, mostly youngster came with they old folks who keep pursuing them to place booking. Mostly from semenyih, kajang and cheras. The youngster at this generation still can buy the house with the extra hand from they parents. Wonder what happen to those children in primary and secondary school now, chances of them owning a landed house could be something extremely difficult like what happen to my friend in China. In old days, he still got place to raise ayam, itik and kambing. Now his children can only afford to buy a box in the sky and price are crazily expensive.

I still recalled many years back when PJ SS2, BU and ara damansara house sold at 300k+++, my wife told me price appreciated more than double since first hand. Then Kota Damansara and setia alam which were selling below 200k. I told my wife. So remote and so far far away. But still decided to squeeze my stomach and go ahead. Now when look back, luckily didnt think too much.

Now kid growing up, thinking of make their life easier in future just like other parents. Hence keep checking the Greater KL map (Get from Ho Chin Soon) since last year. Baru realise that, landed development only left few such as semenyih, denai alam, bangi and kemuning. All other landed developments almost drop out from Greater KL map such as Rawang and Aero City. It nothing like anything before 2010, all development mostly landed double storey but now, all box box in the sky:( Hence drive around the available landed project, noticed that semenyih are best out of all available for future stay. At least from my point of view. Chinese school, international school, university, Highway and future business taipan...... So, squeezing tummy again (now a lot bigger that 10 years back:) ) just close eye and placing booking for ecohill Ervena. Hope this time making a right choice again....

5% rebate + 1% referral fees. Min 658k. Facing south add 5k, if got number 3 or 8 add another 5k except number 13. 1st row facing main road add 5k too.

Got this from a SP sales person on Monday morning for my friend who interested to buy too. It's now left with 29 units out of 96. But today not sure.

I think you no need squeezing tummy again, ur previous landed house already appreciated a lot $$$$$$. Hehe...

Branded developer + landed township development = always a right choice for who afford to buy it. Cheers!!
