Being reading SEH and SEH2 lowyat for about a year. No point arguing this. Time will tell whether I am SA or not:) As I just put down what ever sales girl told me about the price when I filled up my top ten list before they called my number. Manage to get first row facing no house as heard from other buyers said that 2nd row and 3rd row may have many cars pass through and that road likely main access for ervena neighbourhood.

I guess what you saying could be right if I sell my existing house or I am investor. My problem just like many others home buyers, my family never intend to sell existing house as worried won't be able to get it back as getting old actually kill my loan ability. Not like old time when we were young can loan up to max 35 yrs. Now bank agent told me the older I get, the higher instalment I need to serve. Sad.. so squeezing tummy is something that I can't avoid. Ha ha ha....

I picked unit more to the upper right as got surau at left and big PMU at left hand side too below school. Also STP at bottom. But by doing this I need to corp wt noise of cars from main road. Car noise vs surau + PMU + STP. I guess I just pick car noise.

Have u check whether the row in front of your unit is lower or higher? Better if the front row lower than yours, other than just choosing units based on north or south facing. Choose which is more important to u, i guess..... wink.gif

Actually he is only suggesting you to check whether front row is actually lower than the back row or not smile.gif

So that rain/dirty water will flow towards the lower part of the road, in this case the lower front row.

No choice oooo. That time new born baby coming. Can not rent house anymore. Opps worst still. Recalled many years back, that considered room not house as so many housemate with me the only couple married. hai........ Father in law side also keep ask " Sudah beli rumah di KL ker..."

I did asked. They said, they will put up fencing for us in Ervena just like in SEH 1 but resident here need to hire they own security company. I guess I am ok with it as it's too costly if need pay maintenance fee like G&G at SEH 1 and eco majestic...

When housing becomes seriously unaffordable, only the rich can stay in landed whereas the mass population will have to make do with high rises. U can't go too far away from ur work place, no?
