Any idea when Bkt Tempurung will open to public? Their brochure looks good. I trust SPS more, they never overcommit.

When we bought we signed consent letter for setting up of RA & perimeter fencing & was specifically told they will provide otherwise we would not have bought, if your SA is telling the truth, that constitute a broken agreement...

if really want all the fencing/ wall and facilities, get strata landed. individual titled housing cannot guarantee all these.

btw just glanced at iprop, argentea / pallida asking 500k-530k. looks like asking prices have dropped.

in Hillpark puncak alam... all phases comes with perimeter fencing even before the house is VP one wor... and there is proven record that developer gt the ccc as welll.... maybe rules changed?
