clarus ecohill 2... rebate is 4% + 1% (cash reward introducer for existing member or non existing member)

sound funny that 1% can be rebate even though you are not existing purchaser... normally existing purchaser introducer rewards should be higher. Correct me if i am wrong

Public bank 1st year 4.1%.. then 2nd year onwards 4.22%.. i think they are the lowest interst rate. But need to check with Public bank for 1st year 4.1% when they start calculate.. if for 10:90 skim not fully enjoy 4.1% if i am not mistaken.

May I know the 553k landed house in ecohill 2 has 10:90 scheme? Intersted

I noticed there was a post from Cari Forum (by Asuki) taking a shot from far away. I also wonder where these shots are taken from, which best position or angle to look at the site progress.

RM553k is the selling price for Alexus 20'x65'.

10:90 Scheme is only applied for Banyas (20'x70') & Clarus (22'x70'), therefore Alexus is excluded.
