WOW... Where and how did you take this drone's ariel photography? Will these photos keep updating & posting by progressively?

Few things I realised:

1) Pokok-pokok are more than rumah-rumah

2) South Creek looks tempting!

3) That commercial area could be named as "Ecohill Walk 2"

4) Can't see the slopes leading towards Bukit Tempurung?

5) Looking forward to the Lekas-Ecohill Link to Jalan Semenyih, and the 2-tier roundabout....

I noticed there was a post from Cari Forum (by Asuki) taking a shot from far away. I also wonder where these shots are taken from, which best position or angle to look at the site progress.

RM553k is the selling price for Alexus 20'x65'.

10:90 Scheme is only applied for Banyas (20'x70') & Clarus (22'x70'), therefore Alexus is excluded.

According to ASUKI via Cari Forum, the standing point where to capture the site progress from far is across the Jalan Perusahaan 5, Kawasan Perusahaan Beranang and go behind the factories zone.

Your comment about house design also too generic. If I follow your way of seeing things, all cars are also designed as color full square boxes, am I right?

Pls elaborate more about "design theme" that you mentioned. Also to enlighten me with the following questions:
- What is design theme (from concept to practical)
- How to apply a design theme from a township planning to housing development
- Give an example for the best design themed township & housing project in Malaysia

I hope that you won't be using Eco Majestic as example, they are only applied "British Colonial", "Nostalgic Straits Era", "Timeless Elegance" as "design style" to become a projected image, not even close to the implementation of "design theme" to uplift the extension of living experiences and lifestyle.

The design style of "Straits Era" for Eco Majestic is just a plain form (in my opinion), as from what I see, there is no functionality from exteriors to interiors, no further blending of nature and local culture, no identical integration from a small fittings to larger facilities.

Talking about Eco-approaches and Majestic-looks, how to justify as a proper "design theme"? Simply judge it by looking at their press ad or property brochure? or based on the significant vintage pavilion on the lake? or those decorative words on its landscape design?

I doubt it...
