Why TM reduce my credit limit? Previously in vip10 (rm179 excl gst), credit limit rm597. Now unifi30 (rm199 excl gst), limit rm447. Shouldn't the new limit be higher than previous?

Mine got reduced as well but shouldn't matter if you're just paying the monthly rate without any additional calls, that's 2 months worth of credit at RM447.

I went to TM Point Puchong Jaya last Tuesday (21 July) to upgrade my Unifi to 50 Mbps. According to the lady at the TM counter, I should be receiving an SMS from TM informing me once the upgrade is completed.

Normally how long does it take before I can see the upgrade on my speed ? Now it is already 3 days . I thought it will only take like a few hours

the above is obsolete. there were changes - the person apologized for missing "a necessary term and condition" - must take at least 1 hypptv package, minimum pack is rm31.

yes, that's what i wrote.

hypptv mega pack contains sports channel as well?

no. mega is an old pack, not available anymore for new users.
it is essentially jumbo less the sports channels. jumbo will cost rm60, i.e.169+60=229+gst.

cheapest will be the rm31 pack.... 169+31=200+gst.

So we can safely say that whatever package you are subcribing now, if you want to upgrade to Unifi 30, you must at least take one hypp TV package. Those who could get the cheaper price without the Hypp package, it could be an error from their system. Once they figure it out, they will force you to take one.

I would say this because when I tried to apply, the staff also told me that their system still not yet update the details of the unifi 30 package. So there will be some hit and miss in the order. Have to wait for them to update system.

This might also explain why they have to wait till Sept to introduce the new unifi package to the publics. Simply because this is still kelam kabut among their staff.

I went to TM Point today and the customer service person told me the Unifi 30 and 50 packages is not available for condo. Is that true? If so, it SUCKS!

why tm point pandan indah they said like this: UNIFI 30Mbps RM199 + ruby package wan add more rm10= RM209+ 6GST is RM221.54....
this price correct?

Correct, only Aneka and Varnam will be at RM199. With Ruby will be RM209.

I just can go to tmpoint and request for unifi 30 ?

Spoke to a TM installer yesterday.

He told me VDSL can only support up to 30mb. If subcribe 30mb cannot support HyppTV.

Fibre optic can go up to 100mb.

I believe this is the reason why some were offered 30mb without HyppTV.

I go to tmpoint menara tm yesterday during lunch time, and when i reach home, i restarted BTU + router, already upgraded the speed.
Before i left TMpoint, i ask the person and she told me around 3 days to activate though


Eh? So weird, in the brouchures that I took at tmpoint yesterday, all the three package with Unifi30 is RM210.
Is this something wrong?? I saw all 3 same price, that is why i took the Ruby
