even the tm point dealer says the package is very new, some people know, some don't.
says it's all very confusing for customers and themselves!

just walk in to yr nearest tm point, ask the dealer.

there is no ad, no display, nothing.

like i said, some workers may not know.

get hold of a "senior" staff, ask him/her to check on her terminal, it is there.

no terminate, been on vip10 for long time, no more contract.
stb, awaiting confirmation if a new one will be given.
stb and router are yours - u already paid with first contract.
modem is unifi equipment - they maintain, lifetime warranty, u cannot change it yrself.

anyway, i signed up unifi30 today only, wait 1-2 days to activate.
hope not a case of "we are sorry" later!

Different story in here. I also went to pandan Indah TM Point yesterday. Asked the receptionist, unifi 30? Checked. Available ports for my address? Checked. I was still considering at that moment. But after I realized that the number of ports are very limited in my area, so I thought I better take it now before it's too late. Took the number, went to the application counter, the staff explained everything to me. And then I decided to subscribe. Only one small problem, the hyppy tv package didn't show up in my order for unifi 30 package due to it's still very new in their system. So it may take a couple days to process.

got my speed upgraded to 30Mbps.

This morning just go tmpoint apply unifi, lucky able to get 30mb.

Correct, only Aneka and Varnam will be at RM199. With Ruby will be RM209.

i think the branch u went to same with mine. She call me , tell the same, unifi30 got 169, yes thats true..but but ...must add Rm30 for those tv package. so total still is 199.
