Anyone sign the s&p with developer yet? SA said there will have another 2k rebate on the dp if sign before 25th April. I'm still waiting for my loan approval hopefully still can make it.

Same here, receive the news from the developer for the 2k offer. i hear that another mystery gift worth RM1k to be given away if sign spa on 25/26 april. my loan is approved. just have yet to confirm to go for which bank .  |

Is that extra 174 sf worth it?
When sell in the future, easier to sell smaller unit?
