Like it or not, KLCC and Putrajaya will be two Primary Centre of gravity for current and future projects reference points.
Damansara, Mont Kiara, Puchong still remain prefer areas for many, but it will not stop new areas coming up year after years. Semonyet will be one of it... Cyberjaya, Dengkil, and areas nearby KLIA will be coming up sooner or later... with the reasons that highways connectivities and near to airport, and major developers need to continue build to be sustainable, not for country but for themselves.

Don't get me wrong, I never say north KV not good! It is personal preference as I use Airport and go south more frequently.
Regardless which locations, any good concept project will attract surrounding areas' peoples to move in due to upgrade or security reasons, or closer to city as they currently stay further away, i.e. Tg Malim to Rawang, K.Selangor to Puncak Alam.
More importantly, I only have limited bullets and can't go everywhere to waste times and petrol kpc, so hv to focus to selected areas lor! Not like you... the whole Malaysia is ur target. tongue.gif

I think it is suitable for buyer who have limited budget which cant afford a landed property higher than RM600K, and dun want to buy condo. Although we are worry about ex-mining land, but it is not the only one in Malaysia.

The price is good and you have cyberjaya and dengkil to support the town, MAX highway just nearby, insurance RM400++ per year to cover for RM500K.

Conclusion is: If you can afford more than RM600k and you found any landed property in klang valley which lower than RM600k, then just go ahead, else i think Cybersouth is your choice.
