The lake is not even a lake.. its is abandoned tin mine that being used as illegal dumping ground that sometimes got burned
Go search in Youtube of the drone shot of that area before you dump money
Have you been to cybersouth recently yourself? Actually, the cybersouth township have developed quite a lot already compared with the perception that ppl may still have of it that's outdated.
If you haven't been there in the past 2 years, you should revisit again, and then tell us what you think.
Landscaping have been totally redone, just entering the main roundabout to the Cybersouth feels refreshing d, with good plants and trees coverage, vibrant colours too.
Walkway for joggings, if I'm not mistaken, there's a dedicated walkway from the casa bayu, casa wood etc, all the way to casa embun even up to the Avaland show room, plenty of residences use this dedicated walkway to jog and walk in the afternoon.
The lake that you talked about, have now been turned into a recreation area, that'll be open to public soon too.
Commercial activities, the couple of commercial shop lots that were opened in the last 3 to 1 years ago, Park Place and Casa Embun shops, have full/almost full occupancy too, providing all the essential services that you need.
Overall, at least the Cybersouth from Avaland side, it has turned around significantly, and is becoming a good project.
