Sorry Im not really familiar with this development area as I havent go and have a look...
If compare to Saujana KLIA or Kota Warisan by IOI, is this Cybersouth project nearer if coming from Puchong heading to KLIA?

1. I dunno if there is near high tension. But I saw the area floor plan look like no high tension cable near the lake.
2. The ex mining area. The developer claimed that on top of the soil they built a foundation base. Should be strong. Better than other developer just built your house on the ground without foundation base level.
3. The house is without fencing, but your unit is "individual title" not "strata title" , so you can do whatever you like as long the MPS approved if you going to rebuilt the whole house. Building fencing not a problem, slight extension also ok.
4. Yes. Guarded and gated with around RM100 per month. First year free.
You still not able to see the site, because they are currently making a road in.
Cybersouth is a good area where you are near to Cyberjaya, Putrajaya and KLIA. Not far Not Near...gam gam hor (just nice)
