For this project, it is still under my consideration.
1. Can we do fencing after getting key? (Another cost to spend)
2. Can we do extension on corner unit with another 20feet space(Another cost to spend)
3. How secure that can ensure without fencing concept? We cant afford to risk our life everyday.

I am going to pay booking fee RM5K this few days.. Tomorrow and Sunday there is a talk by Dato Soo and with tour bus bring you to the site.. I am planning to go and listen.

Hope they can answer my question.

If compare to Saujana KLIA or Kota Warisan by IOI, is this Cybersouth project nearer if coming from Puchong heading to KLIA?

1. I dunno if there is near high tension. But I saw the area floor plan look like no high tension cable near the lake.
2. The ex mining area. The developer claimed that on top of the soil they built a foundation base. Should be strong. Better than other developer just built your house on the ground without foundation base level.
3. The house is without fencing, but your unit is "individual title" not "strata title" , so you can do whatever you like as long the MPS approved if you going to rebuilt the whole house. Building fencing not a problem, slight extension also ok.
4. Yes. Guarded and gated with around RM100 per month. First year free.

You still not able to see the site, because they are currently making a road in.

Cybersouth is a good area where you are near to Cyberjaya, Putrajaya and KLIA. Not far Not Near...gam gam hor (just nice)

still a good buy.... looking at a new township.. looking in future.. not just the 1 year DMC kind of things, when time past, anything also can do.. bo chap (no bother) dy. Be patient. At the end is individual title.

We hope that developer can build with good environment and not much burglary or robbery in this area..

and convenient. See you in future.

wonder if the developer can beautified the big lake or doing some water sport or kayaking ? can we buy our own sampan to rowing there as exercise in morning.

just a few road from dengkil. I think you should consider Cyber townhouse at least price much lower. Dont go get those overprice. Buy a lower price, at least when you bored later, you can easily sell at least to get some margin.
