Cybersouth by MCT. Leasehold and near Dengkil, 416 acres.
Laucnching this month.
DSL quite small, 18x65 & 20x65 only

This Cyber South is further south of Cyberjaya/Putrajaya, near Serenia City and Xiamen U. I wonder why it's leasehold???  MCT, being a non GLC cannot get freehold land? Price start from 480K This post has been edited by BRE: Jan 2 2015, 05:26 PM
