This Cyber South is further south of Cyberjaya/Putrajaya, near Serenia City and Xiamen U. I wonder why it's leasehold??? MCT, being a non GLC cannot get freehold land?

Yes Bro, 480K is for the 18x65 DSL, they said it's guarded only, not G&G. But if they have 8ft perimeter fencing & it is guarded, so is it considered G&G???

Yeah bro, as I said earlier, the toilets upstairs are inside the house so I think this is a major problem in the design. Location wise quite remote but not too far from Cyberjaya & Putrajaya. Prce is below 480K for the 18x65 DSL so I think many may be tempted to sapu it for investment since it is affordable.
