Is the DMC binding to sub-purchaser? Anything mentioned in the S&P or DMC stating... JMB/MC consent needed for subsequent subsale? What is the cost/liability if extension is done? Ask MPS to tear it down? Note: This is G&G - Indi title and not G&G - strata.

Extension at the back is allowed subjected to building laws and bylaws. For terrace, I think it is 20 ft back to back.

Wouldn't this DMC of not allowing rear extension for these 18 & 20×65 size units affect it's saleability? No withstanding it's uniformity has its pros... pls advise Sifus...

went to their sales gallery yesterday at one city to signed my loan offer letter. Confirmed with my SA that extension of the yard at the back is not allowed. So i guess we will have to built a wall on the inside to separate the kitchen from the living room if you don't prefer open kitchen concept.
