this site project mct build is on ex bijih timah mining, they kambus tanah on the x mine lake. The risk of cracking and deposition of soil is very high. If you do renovate and extend the dapur how many batang piling you want to inject.

correct boss.... new UITM Dengkil is for Pusat Asasi or Centre of Foundation and this is for preparing students to pursue degree programmes. The duration of the asasi programme is 2 semesters or 1 year only. Normally UITM will provide hostel to their foundation students until graduation.

I think MCT already launched the project. They are already doing a road show @ DPulze Cyberjaya today. They distribute the pamphlet to the public and open for booking with 5K

If they selling below 450k for 18x65 I think pisang goreng panas lah..but min 510k response its so slow frm buyers..this is the right time to launch nearly CNY ?

18x65 with 1500+-sqft starting 520k is not overprice ka somemore this is leasehold and ex lombong timah lake ?

The main concern frm buyers is about the size n built up also the project is on ex mining lake. 460k after discount you can get better size at kota warisan areas.

You just go to DPuzzle Cyberjaya G Floor to see the 3D model, but there is no sales chart lah... SA just told some units had already booked...also still many units available especially for the flippers hehe

1- it's on ex tin mining lake ( 80% of the areas are former mining lake)
2- wrong strategy and launching the projects not on the right time
3 - Small land and BU size
4 - above 500K consider not affordable for most of the middle income.

20x70... 1900sft bu - 429k+
20x70... 2010 sft bu -504k+


Here 18x60... 1500 bu - 500k above ready

get info from runner- since 2 weeks ago the MCT cybersouth banner advertisement hanged on tiang lampu in Kota warisan, salak, dengkil, nilai ..but seems bad respond

it's around 6.5 KM to Xiamen U, but no point since surrounding Kota warisan also there have a lot of new townships projects.

actually MCT can use IBS instead of sand brick to reduce the price to attract the buyers. Well known this project is on ex lakes, so use IBS system is ideal and more lighter from the brick.
