There is too many factors S klia which gives more advantages such is very near to ERL train, Just opposite KIP Sentral, near with new ELITE interchange, close each other with IOI puteri warisan, sunsuria serenia and sime darby Serenia city township, near with xiamen university, near with KLIO, near with Mitsui outlet, near with KLIA & KLIA2, sime darby already allocate 20 acre for private hospital just beside the kota warisan main road, larger land size and builtup, modern and unique design, 22x75 DSL is only below 550K, township is not on the ex mine pool, mixed township with residential and commercial, 1 of the hypermarket will be allocate in the S klia major commercial plot, school and balai polis also in the township etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc too many lah

Scare price will start 680k for DSL 22 x 75.

Elmina price 600k for DSL 20x88 at last 2 years kena sapu all phase 1 in few hour time by SD staff.


if Senerai start below 700k, phase 1 will believe internal sapu all.

But Look at Bandar Puteri Bangi DSL 22×80 BU2450 after rebate 700k kena sapu habis 3 week.

Setia Alam 2.5SL 780k kena sapu habis in few days i heard......

Bro, SDP cant price Serenia City's DSL too high la, or else susah to sell! I thnk maybe around 550-600K? Anyway it's FH v LH and nowadays ppl dont bother if it's FH or LH.

If this is the price, SDP internal will sapu all for 2-3 hour 1st day balloting. Public no way to get.

same happen to Elmina, all kena SDP staff sapu smile.gif
