Top up RM200 at 4:40pm just now and still got the RM20 Grabfood voucher.

How to check whether i got the voucher or not? Top up rm100 at 2pm today.still havent got any

RM100 is auto to get RM15
RM200 is manual to get RM20

Both rm15 & rm20 will be listed in Account>Rewards almost instantly.

Still didnt appear in my reward :sigh:

Would grab CS entertain me if i contact them?

Updated.contacted grab cs .maybe not eligible because rm100 not added via auto top up.ill try again next month

RM20 is for manual top-up of RM200 so most likely they were already fully redeemed.

Based on TnC: All Eligible Spend are calculated based on total consolidated (primary and supplementary/ies) spending
per calendar month for the respective categories. The tracking of the Eligible Spend is based on posting date.

It keep on say t&c doesnt meet..

But never state what is the t&c

AT [My Rewards], click on the voucher n t&c is there. Can use for any GFood.

Missed the RM20 voucher for manual topup but got the RM15 voucher for auto topup as of the current timestamp.
