I always call their CS early in the morning to avoid long wait in the queue. No way to escape this, even if you go to their branch, the PIC will call the customer service number too, same process...

Missed the RM20 voucher for manual topup but got the RM15 voucher for auto topup as of the current timestamp.

Mine is pending from tng reload and can see the amount is reversed. I don’t think it went through. Grab is ok though
