Didn't call them. They automatically removed the annual fee.

For my card, I just have to do at least one transaction a month to qualify for an annual fee waiver. My insurance and gym membership is charged to my card, so will definitely be waived off.

so am i the only one facing problem with auto top up? Last month I saved this CC in a family member GP to enjoy the top-up, does it cause I am not able to enjoy the voucher of auto top up in my wallet this month? Is there such a rule? But the CC was removed instantly from my family member account once auto top up was completed.

Should I proceed with the RM200 top up then?

same cc in different grab account? maybe they detect this and disable it?

I'm not very sure my auto top up in grab for hsbc card not working, but I manage to top up 200 and get the rewards.

my balance falls below preset amount for auto top up, no auto top up get trigger.

Thanks for the info! I just topped up RM200 and received the vouchers too. But it's not working for the auto-top up somehow even falls under the balance set like you said... Hope can be resolved soon sweat.gif

I faced the same issue b4, report to CS will resolve the auto topup issue

Mine received RM15 voucher once I made payment GF payment using my wallet, somehow it triggered the auto-top up even though my balance already fell below RM100 (which I set earlier) before this.

ranting.gif Possible quota finished already? Can anybody confirm? If others still receive the voucher after you, remember to lodge a complaint! Something is just not right with the app i think...
