Hi I got approached. Hsbc got promotion now?

Hi for the annual fee waiver (12 swipes every month),
is it possible to just reload e-wallets and does it count as swipe? Also, if I paywave at retail stores, is it considered a swipe, or do I need to really swipe it? Thanks. |
