To clarify, in 1.Mar / 1.Apr my TnG description (TNG-EWALLET ECOM 2-EC KUALA LUMPUR MY) I thought is ewallet mcc somehow get X4 pts but in 1.May (TNG WALLET ECOM 2 EC KUALA LUMPUR MY) it should be travel MCC but I didnt get X4 according to my calculation. All are saved cards transactions.

I assume yours are saved card transactions.. I am really confused how they calculate the X4 pts.

BTW did anyone did Lazada wallet topup by VS and get 4X pts... mine seems get X4 pts..

i just get my first cc statement, is the cash back direct deducted on my statement? not cash back everyday...
i dont see any cb amount cr to the statement...need redeem like sc cc something?

for me, they asked me to swipe 3 times within 45 days, then, SST rebate will only credit to u within 8-12 weeks after the 45 days period, so, total will be around 3-4 months.

I see I see. My case was without any usage then direct cash back.

I called HSBC and the CS said no promo for my card (swipe 3x to get rebate) and I need to pay
even if i want to cancel also have to pay that RM25

I just called for mine, annual fees waived if at least one transaction every calendar month (which i did thanks to tng/grab). SST rebate if 3 transactions in mext 45 days

I told them I will proceed to cancel if no rebate.. n I won’t pay as I don’t use the card after the SST charged..

Then only they said will check with mgmt whether can give rebate with condition

demand their manager call you or do a formal complaints to them. I get mine after that, retention team called and offered.

They credited to me only about 3 months later last year.

And mine just got charged with SST again... Gotta call to ask for SST rebate...

Hi...wanna ask..the Lazada Voucher RM100 in the reward catalogue. How to use? I already check out the voucher and enter my detail. Then i go lazada app in phone to buy item. I enter the --> Redeem Code: J550 in lazada phone app. It say voucher not valid
