Just reload 100 to tng and grab but grab didnt get cb !!!

Make sure your card is saved first before reloading to Grab. If you have done that, then it’s fully redeemed which usually won’t happen yet at this hour.

Usually won't get cb if you don't reload within the 1st few hours.

I didn't receive RM15 for TNG e-wallet reload...My reload date/time is 1/5/2021 at 00:00:01 but HSBC posted my transaction date as 30/4/2021. Anybody facing the same situation?

Just checked back for last month I had also faced the same situation above but received the RM15. Maybe need to appeal with CS.

I always wait 1 minute past 12 then only I reload to avoid situations like this.

Dilemma for me....too fast then facing this problem, too slow and fear of missing out. Will follow your 1 minute rule next time!
